Meet Team MBI! Our 2024, 40th Anniversary team is small, but mighty! You know us professionally, but here are some fun facts about us personally…

Jon Weaver – Jon is living his lifelong dream by settling on a lake. A huge Ted Lasso fan, he brings optimism and leadership to everything he does.

Zu Shen – Our resident PhD, Zu has a passion for knowledge and a love for a great buffet. He’s always up for a good meal and an even better conversation.

Karri Freeland – Karri is the proud mom of two daughters, with her eldest set to marry in 2025. She’s excited for this new chapter in her family’s life!

Melina Reid – In her free time, Melina enjoys vacation planning and tending to her garden. Recently, she’s taken up bookbinding as a new creative hobby.

Chuck Cowan – Chuck, who co-owns UxLocale with his wife, has a hidden sweet tooth that only a few know about and a love for hiking.

Tim Nogler – Tim is a dedicated father of two and a talented artist. Tim is always up for trying something new.

Tom Cahill – Tom had the luxury of taking a private jet to Hawaii this year. When he’s not traveling, he loves spending quality time with his kids and grandkids.
