Thanks to a Growth Accelerator Fund Competition (GAFC)> award in 2023 from the Federal Small Business Administration (SBA), MBI built our Spark mentorship program.
The free, 8-week long Spark program pairs aspiring entrepreneurs in need of guidance to solve a focused business challenge with mentors who are ready to dive in and lend their expertise. The program is designed to support early-stage entrepreneurs developing breakthrough science and technologies.
SPARK runs each Spring at MBI. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
CHARGE is a dynamic fundraising and pitch deck development mentorship program designed to help entrepreneurs prepare for raising capital. Over four weeks, participants work closely with experienced mentors to craft a compelling pitch deck and refine their presentation skills.
The program culminates in an exciting pitch competition with professional design support provided by Slowey McManus Communications. The winner of the competition will receive a $5,000 prize courtesy of Biomere.
CHARGE runs each Fall at MBI. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
MBI’s BOLT program partners vetted, promising first-time entrepreneurs with a dedicated interim team of seasoned executives to help refine the strategy, open doors, and drive towards milestones.
BOLT is open to MBI companies. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
