International New Year Potluck Celebration at MBI

A highly anticipated annual event, MBI’s International New Year Potluck Celebration brings together our highly diverse and engaged community for a lunchtime filled with food from all over the globe. Over 70% of our startup founders are originally from other countries and we believe that food brings everyone together. 

This event dates back nearly a decade and is our staff’s favorite event of the year… yes, we are food motivated. Some of our favorite dishes brought to this potluck style event include Indian pani-puri (the broth came in a cascading drink fountain, 10/10 for presentation), Polish kielbasa and pierogi, and homemade Chinese moon cakes. 

Our International New Year Potluck Celebration at MBI is a time where we cherish each other’s unique heritages and come together over food. Our incubator’s residents have become more and more like family to us and being able to share a meal with them and share a piece of ourselves helps us all connect on a deeper level. We will be hosting the next startup-exclusive event in January 2025 and we can’t wait to see what everyone brings!
