Community of Collaboration: MBI’s Startup Incubator

MBI’s three startup incubator sites are currently home to over 40 companies, each working to solve unique problems with innovative solutions. As a nonprofit, our primary mission is to help these companies succeed—building their businesses and bringing their science to market. What sets many of our founders apart is their personal connection to the problems they are solving, which drives their passion and commitment to their work.

We are deeply invested in the success of our companies, and we make every effort to ensure they get the most out of their time with us, no matter how long that may be. To foster a supportive and collaborative environment, we host welcome parties for new startups to connect with our community, graduation parties to celebrate scaling companies as they move to the next phase, and milestone celebrations because no achievement should go unrecognized.

In addition to these events, MBI organizes a variety of community gatherings, including holiday celebrations, after-hours networking, and vendor events. These initiatives ensure our startups have the resources, connections, and support they need to thrive.

“MBI frequently goes above and beyond to schedule lunch and learns, as well as meet and greets with other companies, groups, and vendors. They are constantly improving the facilities and are always available for any specific help we need to grow our business. The MBI has been an extremely inclusive and inviting environment for our start-up and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.”
