Morey Kraus started T.Breeders in 1994 at MBI, later the company acquired a cord blood business and became ViaCell in 2000.ViaCell then went through an IPO event before being acquired by Perkin Elmer for $300M. ViaCell was a pioneer in cord blood banking and tissue storage organization.
